A provider of online educational courses for lawyers was experiencing a few growing pains. As they grew, the company strove to increase the speed, quantity, and quality of courses they were creating (all the things!). This was a case of needing help in product creation and information communication, rather than marketing. Yup, we do that stuff too.

We were initially brought in to help with writing on-screen content for courses. As often happens here at kirpop, we mastered the requested task, but started looking at the bigger picture and asking a lot of “why” questions. Pretty soon, we got down in the trenches together with the Hotshot team and collaborated on ways to streamline the process. As part of the new streamlined process, we began handling all the creative steps from design to animation & video editing to the finished product. This unification of the creative tasks increased consistency and speed. Further, we were able to bring a fresh eye to the design and elevate the look to align with the evolved brand.

Speed and quantity improved! In one year, Hotshot was able to increase the number of videos they produced by 75%. Quality improved! Newly designed courses received praise from customers and leads.
