Curious about our story?

Hear from our founder…

After spending a truly alarming number of years working in marketing, for brands both big and small, in just about every industry, on just about every type of project… I decided I needed a break. (If you insist on knowing, it’s been over 25 years – clearly I started when I was only 5.)

I was burnt out. I wanted to refresh my spirit before moving on to the next thing. I was gonna get back to my roots. Freelance. Do some hands-on creative work. And, well, it did start out that way... but pretty quickly projects began growing, and I realized I needed a team. I knew all the right folks to call on. So I did, and we began working together and achieving great results. About then I realized, holy guacamole, I think I started an agency!

With that realization, we got some more processes in place and made a few more hires, but most importantly, kirpop continued doing what we were already doing – solving problems, asking why, and helping other companies grow. And doing it all with a virtual team, located all over the world, each of whom brings a unique perspective and best-in-class skills.

Amongst all of this growth we have stayed true to our core values:

Kindness first. We treat each other well, and don’t work with clients unless they do too.
Ask questions. This is the secret to gaining understanding.
Do good work. Do work that creates measurable results.

Where in the world are we?

We’re a new-age agency – you’re most likely to find us in virtual meetings plotting and cracking jokes from three different time zones, as opposed to meeting about meetings in an office building. Things are different now, so we work differently. Our team of the best and brightest collaborates to solve problems and grow brands – from just about anywhere.
