With limited digital presence and inconsistent marketing collateral, a private in-home healthcare company needed help building a presence both online and in their community to generate leads and new clients. In-home care services are vast and deeply personal – we needed to find the heart of the brand, figure out who to talk to and how.

We didn’t just discover Perfect Care Nursing’s unique selling proposition, we practically gave it a GPS. We developed a master plan that involved more than just a new website and snazzy collateral materials – although we did that too, don’t worry. We dove into the digital realm with campaigns on Google, Meta, and even made ourselves cozy Next Door. We also infiltrated the airwaves with audio campaigns on Pandora and podcasts – because who doesn’t love a good dose of chatter? Oh, and print ads, because those are still a thing for the right audiences. We even became community heroes with partnerships, sponsorships, and activations reaching niche audience segments. And just to top it off, we had media relations and content marketing in our back pocket, not to mention some executive positioning magic to sprinkle.
